Short presentation of the event<\/strong><\/span>: Il governo Bolsonaro in Brasile non solo si riconosce dall\u2019aumento della deforestazione, degli incendi e della mercificazione della foresta amazzonica, ma sta anche attuando un’agenda anti-indigena. Contro una combinazione di pratiche patriarcali e di endo-colonizzazione, le donne indigene si battono per la giustizia ambientale e climatica ricomponendo il rapporto tra corpi, terra e territori.
\nJo\u00eania Wapixana \u00e8 la prima avvocata indigena del Brasile ed \u00e8 la prima donna a diventare deputato federale nel 2018. Telma Taurepang<\/span> \u00e8 la coordinatrice dell’Unione delle donne indigene dell’Amazzonia brasiliana (UMIAB) ed avvocato del clima
\nDurante la conferenza incontriamo le due donne, attiviste, guerriere che condividono le lotte contro l’ecocidio e il genocidio difendendo la vita e la democrazia non solo nelle terre indigena dell’Amazzonia, ma dell’intero Brasile e del mondo.
\nRiforestare la mente significa riforestare sogni, relazioni, solidariet\u00e0, ancestralit\u00e0 e futuro. \u201cNon c’\u00e8 soluzione alla crisi climatica senza le terre e i popoli indigeni\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nJo\u00eania Wapixana \u00e9 a primeira advogada ind\u00edgena do Brasil e a primeira mulher a se tornar deputada federal em 2018. Telma Taurepang<\/span> \u00e9 coordenadora de Uni\u00e3o das Mulheres Ind\u00edgenas da Amaz\u00f4nia Brasileira (UMIAB) e defensora do clima.
\nDurante a confer\u00eancia encontramos duas mulheres, ativistas, guerreiras compartilhando as lutas contra o ecoc\u00eddio e o genoc\u00eddio defendendo a vida e a democracia n\u00e3o s\u00f3 da terra ind\u00edgena da Amaz\u00f4nia, mas de todo o Brasil e do mundo.
\nReflorestar a mente significa reflorestar sonhos, rela\u00e7\u00f5es, solidariedade, ancestralidade, e futuro. \u201cN\u00e3o h\u00e1 solu\u00e7\u00e3o para a crise clim\u00e1tica sem Terras e Povos Ind\u00edgenas\u201d.<\/p>\n

Bolsonaro Government in Brazil is not only advancing deforestation, fires, and commodification of Amazon rain forest but it is also implementing an anti-indigenous agenda. Against a combination of patriarchal and endocolonization practices indigenous indigenous women are fighting for environmental and climate justice recomposing the relation between bodies, land and territories. Jo\u00eania Wapixana is the first indigenous lawyer of Brasil and she is the first woman becoming Federal Depute in 2018. Telma Taurepang<\/span> is the coordinator of Union of Indigenous Women of the Brazilian Amazon (UMIAB) and climate advocate. During the conference we meet two woman, activists, warriors sharing the fights against ecocide and genocide defending life and democracy not only of the indigenous land of Amazon, but for entire Brazil and the world. Reforesting the mind means reforesting dreams, relations, solidarity, centrality and future. \u201cThere is no solution to the climate crisis without Indigenous Lands and Peoples\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n
