Please note that the entry of the proposal may contain provisional information: it will be possible (for proposers whose event proposal will be accepted) to directly complete any information up to a few days before the event. In fact, the organizers will have direct access to the web page of their event, which they will be able to manage independently (without distorting or completely changing the meaning of their proposal).
