Join the OpenStreetMap Togo community for an exciting mapping party during GeoNight! We’ll collaborate to map local areas of Lomé, contribute to open geographic data, and learn about collaborative mapping tools. Participants will discover how OSM data helps communities, humanitarian efforts, and local development. Both beginners and experienced mappers are welcome!

Main objectives:

Engage the local community in collaborative geographic mapping; Build capacity in OpenStreetMap tools and techniques; Contribute to open geographic data for Lomé; Raise awareness about the importance of open mapping for local development and humanitarian purposes; Create networking opportunities among mapping enthusiasts
