Evening hike in the Seaside regional park

Description:

Hiking enthusiasts are invited to join us for a special evening hike through the Seaside Regional Park dedicated to “GeoNight 2026” event. During the hike, professional guide and dr. of geography science Angelija Bučienė will introduce you to the history of the park’s treasures – Litorina hiking road, Kukuliškių mound. Participants will also have the opportunity to get to know the park’s unique nature and will also visit the historical “Memel-Nord” military battery complex.

During the trip, the topic and retrospective of various previously conducted studies on the interaction of nature and people on the Lithuanian continental coast will be reviewed, the current situation and tasks for new projects and research will be discussed.

Since the trip is organized at the end of the day, we hope that its participants will gain not only new knowledge, but also new experiences. It is advisable to have a spotlight with you.
