Around the World & Geogenius

Description:

The Night of Geography will take place on April 10, 2026 at Eugena Kvaternika Elementary School, Rakovica. Students, parents and school staff will be involved in the event. The first part of the program consists of lectures, given by individuals from our community about interesting trips they have been on: South Korea, Mt. Everest and Nepal. The second part of the Night of Geography will be the Geogenius quiz, which consists of questions about geographical facts, related to elementary school curriculum. The quiz participants will be team members. Each team consists of two adults and two students. The primary goal of an event is to promote geography in the local community. At the same time, Night of Geography will be an opportunity for students and their family members to spend quality time together.
