Natural disasters – causes und effects

The event will be: “Live” in presence (if allowed by the covid rules, otherwise it will be online)

Short presentation of the event: Događaj se organizira za učenike OŠ Smiljevac, 5. i 6. razred. Program će se održati uživo, u školi. Tema je Prirodne katastrofe – uzroci i posljedice. Učenici će se upoznati s prirodnim katastrofama kroz kratke prezentacije o istima – gdje su se dogodile, kada, što ih je uzrokovalo i koje su bile posljedice. Učenici će rješavati zadatke u grupama (4/5 učenika) kroz nekoliko različitih aktivnosti. Svaki učenik će dobiti potvrdu o sudjelovanju u Noći geografije.
This event will be organized for students of Elementary school Smiljevac, 5th and 6th grade. The program will be held live. The students will get a chance, through short presentations, to learn something about natural disasters, their causes and effects. There will be few activities – Word scramble, Word search and Quizes. They will do workshops in group of 4/5. At the end, every student will get a confirmation for their participation on GeoNight.
