Join young geo-urban planners for an enigmatic walk around Paris, prepare your phone and your feet and don’t forget to bring your best observation skills.

Objectives: The objective of this event is to organize a stroll in the streets of Paris, thanks to a marked out course via the realization of a high-tech treasure hunt (geocaching). Coupled with a playful aspect, this stroll will provide an opportunity for participants to benefit from the knowledge of practicing urbanists.
To realize the event, we will focus on a Parisian neighborhood so that this event will be an opportunity to learn more about the history of this neighborhood, its spatial organization, as well as the sensitive and sensory dimension of the urbanistic interventions realized in this neighborhood.

Those who organize are: Geography enthusiasts, Students, The CNJU is an association created in 2010 that promotes the recognition of the status of urban planner in France. Half of the French urban planners graduated in geography and spatial planning before obtaining their master’s degree in urban and spatial planning (50% according to our last survey in 2020). Our collective of young planners is also composed of geographers-urbanists (the president, the general delegate, the Vice President in charge of communication, etc.), which explains our interest in the night of geography.
